Trauma Resolution
Incest is arguably one of the worst forms of sexual abuse and can leave very deep wounds that have a crippling impact on quality of life and on relationships thereafter.
As a Life Coach specialising in resolving abuse suffered at the hands of a Cluster B personality disordered individual (narcissists, psychopaths and sociopaths), I help clients better understand their experience and reframe it, offloading the burdens of shame, confusion, helplessness and hopelessness and instead rewire brain and body for abundance, joy, and success across a wide range of daily life and relationships.
Because of the sexual and physical nature of incest, the relationship that victims have with their bodies and with their sexuality can be very badly impacted – often for the rest of one’s life if not resolved.
My coaching sets the foundation of the work to resolve this trauma – making sense of the very counter-intuitive nature of abuse, letting go of emotions that no longer serve us, finding value and self-worth in other ways, and forming a very different relationship with mind, body and spirit – particularly in the context of sexuality.
By creating a sense of calm instead of danger, by eliminating hopelessness and replacing it with optimism and confidence, by making sense of the C-PTSD so as to move out of prey mode and into a winning mindset, and by making various other tweaks to environment, we are able to repair the neural pathways thus reversing the fibromyalgia.
